"Location was the best possible, had an exit directly linked to the ski lift. Overall a bit disapponted with the service, asked 4 times to get towels everytime they say its coming and it still doesnt come. Had to go down to reception to tell them, as jist get told lies on the phone. "We have stayed at Xalet Verdu for short stays on several occasions and different seasons. It´s a no-frills but comfortable place to stay. The rooms have always been very clean and in good condition. The buffet meals are not extensive in choice but are very good value. The hotel is at the top of the village and is a short walk from restaurants, cafes and bars, shops and the gondola ski-lift to the Pal-Arinsal section of the Vallnord ski area. "Very good hotel with very nice family rooms. Restaurant with outstanding food, good spa (bit expensive) and a fun bar! One of the best hotels i visit in Europa for this price range. "

"It was a great stay. The reception is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was somewhat simple but OK. Room is spacious and has a view of the mountains. The only drawback in our room was the toilet seat had a small crack and it hurts a bit when you stand up."
