"We had a pleasant stay at the Hotel de France. The location is perfect as it is walking distance from the train station and in the city centre. You have plenty of bakeries and shops around the hotel.
The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We actually slept like babies as the bedding was so comfortable! We booked the breakfast too, which was very good. It had a lot of local products.
The only area of improvement I would recommend to the hotel would be to upgrade their amenities for a more...

"I booked a twin room for one night and while the room itself was a bit tired and a lamp had no bulb, I felt it was cleaned well, and a air conditioner worked very very well it was a warm night so thanks for that! "Automated checkin was a little tricky as the options did not fit on the screen which moved the "confirm" button off the bottom. In the end we had to not pay for parking to enable the information to fit on the screen (So we had free parking, bonus!). Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was OK though we twice had to ask the receptionist to refill the food as it seems they could only cook 2 rashers of bacon at a time.
Overall good value for money though and would stay with this chain again now we know what to expect."
