"Perfect property for our quick trip! Great property and would highly recommend. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond customer service when I left my phone in the lobby, only realizing it once I was to the airport. A staff member called to inform me they found my phone and drove the phone 20 minutes to the airport to deliver to me in person on their personal break. I’m truly grateful. "

"We got room 11 & it was basically through a laundry hallway in a back corner under the stairs all by itself..completely hidden away which I had mixed feeing about as a woman traveling with a child. The view is of 2 gas meters out the window. The motel wasn’t remotely full and yet that’s the room they gave us. The room itself was fine, though my child complained about lack of side table on her side. Wish a picture was included in the listing showing that room location—we would’ve made a better choice. I’m not one to make an employee change or a big deal, but other guests may appreciate this info. Room was reasonably clean though we did have a bug in our room (luckily just a ladybug we put outside). "

"I need to add critical information to this escalation. During my stay, I was harassed and followed by an unknown male on the property for an extended period of time. I was forced to navigate the hotel alone, attempting to get to safety, and had to yell for help while trying to reach my room. There was no staff available to intervene. My phone eventually died, and I had to rely on a third party to contact the front desk and physically come to the property to ensure my safety. This is a serious failure in providing a secure environment and represents a clear liability concern. In addition, I am currently 5 months pregnant and have an autoimmune condition that has already caused significant physical distress. Due to the conditions at this property and lack of immediate assistance, I have been left without safe shelter during a winter storm, in rain and snow, which has further impacted my health. This situation involves: • A confirmed medical issue related to bed bug exposure • A documented safety and security failure • Lack of staff response during an emergency • Resulting displacement without safe accommodation ."
