"The hotel was one of great comfort and calm. The staff were wonderful and informative. The room was well appointed and comfortable although we preferred to sit in and wander through the gardens which are extensive. The food was excellent and we could watch the kitchen staff prepare meals. The pools, saunas, hot tub were especially nice. The hotel was filled with flowers from the gardens and fresh bouquets were in every room."

"+: bed was super comfy, good sheets, the AC working well, spacious enough for 1 or 2 people. I liked the breakfast. -: if arriving before check-in, you have nowhere to go as all communal areas are “under cleaning”. The room itself wasn’t super clean, dust and hair in many places. The double bed room I had was okay but a lot of fixing needed. Wifi was quite spotty, sometimes working, sometimes not. Weak if you’re not in the middle of the hostel. I had hot water in the shower maybe 1-2 showers out of 5. Also there is zero atmosphere: there is a beautiful rooftop but nothing is organized, nothing to do in the hostel. In the evening, there is quite a loud pop music going on but nothing happening. Plus, communal areas are not climatised, so very hot area but with loud music… Nothing super bad but most of the things are not enough."

"We had a fabulous stay! Hung out at the pool, enjoyed the view and our host even shared a bit of wine and knowledge about the area. The rooms were perfect, watched the stars at night and an incredible breakfast in the morning. A very wonderful experience! "

"No towels at hotel no air conditioning No soap this was by far worst hotel in 6 weeks of travel in Chile and way overpriced. Was refused to be allowed to get money back for 2nd night after 1st night. Manager said owner has horrendous record with other people will not do anything and never fixes the situation and has been reported previously."
