"I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of my stay for a budget motel. The room was very clean and everything in good repair. Grounds nice and well kit secure parking. Nice little continental breakfast. This will become my " go to" motel for any future Grand Forks stays."

"The pool area was gross... the water murky and slightly smelly. I tried to overlook this as I was looking forward to relaxing in a hot tub only to get in and find out the hot tub was luke warm, at best. While the front desk clerk was trying to be helpful, there was nothing she could do for me since I booked and pre-paid through Hotels.com. The room itself was relatively clean - although no toilet paper to be found - the hallways and stairways were in desperate need of a vacuum. The breakfast was about what I expected... nothing special, but better than nothing. I am not likely to book at this hotel again. "

"Loved everything about this hotel. Absolutely gorgeous. Only small thing (and not a criticism as everyone is different) but the pillows were too firm for me. Will stay here again Without hesitation. "

"I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but our recent stay was disappointing. The room itself looked fine at first, but we found roaches during our stay. We purchased roach killer in hopes we would not bring roaches home. We should have know something was not right as we were told there was a booking issue and we could not stay in the unit booked. Then they tried to move us again. I think we should be refunded 100%. "
