"This was an amazing place to stay. We were there for 8 days and didn’t have any problems ourselves. Rooms were clean, AC worked great, and was cleaned everyday. Food was great with the menu changing. Wife is gluten free and had plenty of options for her to choose from.
Only had a couple complaints. First was that there was only one set of bathrooms within the resort besides in the rooms. This was a good walk from the beach area. Second was the towels shortage. Every afternoon they ran out of beach towels.
Safety wise we felt secure but there was a person that had her stuff stolen off the beach. Made us more aware when we went to the beach. "
"We loved the lush and beautiful surroundings. The staff was extremely helpful, welcoming and friendly. The view from the room was amazing. We loved the private plunge pool. Meal selections were delicious.
Only complaint is that we found many little gnat-like bugs all over our bedding and our room on a few days, after the rain."
"It was a lovely vacation, loved my room on the beach. I loved the food, the chef, from the main dinning area, was very sweet. He would always give me great service and recommendations. The pool area vm was lovely. The hotel room was clean and cleaned daily. It is not a five star hotel but it is a fantastic/budget option, thank you!!!"
