The rooms are big,clean and have everything you need.There are loads of extras in the room and it all feels very luxurious. The hotel is very close to all the amazing sites, bars and restaurants. Staff are amazing especially Olena on reception and of course all the other staff who went above and beyond who we met during our stay. We will stay here again when going on holiday in Malta This hotel is highly recommended 👍

Excellent service, front desk and housekeeping especially. Breakfast average by the range and price. Rooms very noisy, quality of sleeping very poor, even considering the use of the earplugs that the hotel provides to guests.

Central Valletta location. Staff were always courteous and helpful. Room small but fresh. It is noisy in the surrounding streets so if you’re a light sleeper it may not be the hotel for you (although they do supply ear plugs!).

From start to finish, my stay at The Barrister was amazing. I arrived early and was lucky enough that my room was ready. Olena was great during the check-in, very friendly and approachable. She personally took me to my room and explained where everything was and about the air conditioning. Olena gave me some great tips and suggestions of what to do during my stay in Malta, plus she provided me with a map of the area. This was all done without me having to ask. I think that she is an amazing lady, and she made my stay so comfortable. The room was a great size, extremely clean and was cleaned each day. I actually had the room with the accessible bathroom, which is amazing. Plenty of space, lots of 'grab handles' and support around the facilities, which make it ideal for someone with the need for such a bathroom. The amenities in the room were excellent: iron, safe, dental kit, toiletries, etc. Tea and coffee facilities with a large bottle of water each day; there was everything that you needed to make your stay more enjoyable. Breakfast was a good selection, and the staff were lovely and attentive. The suggested 'welcome pick up' transfer suggested by The Barrister was also well worth using and at a very reasonable cost. I used it both ways; the drivers were punctual and friendly. Overall, I had a great stay and would most definitely stay here again if I visited Malta again. Once again, a big thank you to Olena for making my stay so memorable.

Lovely, clean, classy boutique style hotel within a historical building. All of the staff were fantastic and made our stay feel as though we were staying with good friends. The owner has a wealth of knowledge about Malta and the best attractions to see as well as suggestions of the best restaurants at reasonable prices. The hotel is also perfectly situated for exploring Valletta on foot. The owner and all of the staff worked hard to ensure that our stay was a memorable experience and we were made to feel valued and special.
