"Great staff and welcoming. We had the loft room, spacious. Nice lobby bar and restaurant. Probably the best scrambled eggs I’ve had. The location is in the heart of downtown. "

"Great room and staff. Breakfast manger was working hard to keep up with the crowd. Only issue was the washer on 5th worked but shut down right after our clothes were soaked. We had tot ale them out wet and go to the ninth floor to finish the load. "
