"Good service "

"As someone who prioritizes cleanliness this is a great match, the area surrounding the hotel is not very family friendly which is not a fault of the hotel, which brought some not top tier guests. However the room itself was spotless, bathroom is old but clean, everything else was great. Not a spot on the sheets or pillows. Towels were fluffy and clean. Bed comfortable. Breakfast has great waffles, there weren’t any protien options but fruit, yogurt, juice and cereal were great. Biggest concern was Wifi was touch and go, plus the service in the area was bad, couldn’t work from the hotel, but basic wifi was okay. Would probably return if returning to the area."

"Everything was so seamless. The hotel was better than expected honestly. Only thing that would make this any better would be minor touches like robes in rooms & shower slippers. But otherwise no complaints at all! Great experience! "

"(1) Non-slip bathtub surface is worn out, slippery & dangerous. To avoid slipping and falling, we placed a towel on the tub floor. (2) There is NO exhaust fan in the bathroom to exhaust hot, humid, moist air while showering, and to avoid fogged over mirrors. "

"Yes, the bar was well stocked and had a great selection. The kitchen also had everything we needed to cook comfortably, which made the stay even more convenient. Overall, the experience was really good. The property was welcoming and relaxing, and Jeremy was excellent, very helpful and attentive throughout our stay. His service really made a positive difference. I would definitely stay here again."

"restaurant was closed. pool was unusable. theres no water in the gym. staff didnt convey limited amenities until after check in, and wouldn’t offer compensation or refund. all we heard was “they were sorry, the hotel in under new management”. we booked this place for 10 days and had to suffer that long without any compensation or discount. very poor location."

"The double queen room was very spacious and comfortable with a large balcony. Highly recommend it."
