"The breakfast is amazing! Very clean and spacious rooms. Staff are great from reception to the servers. We are staying in the executive rooms and they gave us permission to eat and drink everything in the minibar/fridge throughout our stay with a personalized letter. Very close to the Genova Brignole train station and close/walking distance to a lot of restaurants/the fun things happening around, quite a few grocery stores within 2-3 minutes walk, there’s a farmers market style open market (Like Granville Island in Vancouver BC within 3 minutes walk; Called MOG Genoa where you can buy lots of fresh food stuffs if you need, the UNESCO protected historical buildings (Piazza De Ferrari, Aquarium of Genoa, Porto Antico etc are within 10-15 minutes walk one way). Beautiful hotel, loved our stay, will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Genoa 🇮🇹"

"I was slightly sceptical before arriving because of some of the mixed reviews, but I honestly can’t really fault this hotel. I booked it as a base for me and my 11 and 13 year olds for visiting Milan and Lake Como. I booked the classic triple room, the cheapest option as we would only be sleeping in the room, and it was a perfect choice. A large, clean room with everything we needed (kettle, fridge, tv, wifi, daily cleaning.). The staff at reception were always very helpful. The free shuttle to and from the metro was invaluable and we used it twice a day every day, with very friendly drivers. The pool was very clean and pretty with free towels. We didn’t use the restaurant, but grabbed breakfast every day from the autogrill next door to eat on the train, and had sandwiches from there for dinner several times after getting back in very late too. There is a grab and go sandwich service in the lobby but we preferred the prices and choice at the autogrill. It’s not a resort hotel and you do need to drive (or taxi/shuttle) to leave the hotel as it’s on a motorway, but we knew all that before arriving. The sound proofed rooms meant we slept very well (appreciated after 20k steps a day!) It ticked every box we needed. I would definitely return for the same type of trip again in the future."

"I had a pleasant stay at this well-maintained and clean hotel. The room is spacious, and the staff is very helpful. However, the location was a bit of a drawback for me. The nearest subway station is about a 15-minute walk away. While there are a few good restaurants nearby, the selection is limited unless you’re willing to walk another 10 minutes for more variety. There are no supermarkets in the immediate vicinity, though the hotel does sell water and snacks in the lobby."
