"Great hotel., good size room and clean. Great parking. However AC wasn’t working room was hot and they gave us a Queen bed instead of a King."

"We didn’t spend much time at the hotel, but it was clean and TVs connect to Netflix. We were able to park our car for free in their parking garage. The staff was lovely and very helpful. Although the restaurant menu looked great, the food left a lot to be desired. If you’re hungry, go to TANAKA, a short walk from the hotel. The temperature gauge in our room didn’t work and we couldn’t reduce the temperature below 22° C."

"Inmejorable estadía en Santiago de Chile. A pesar de haber llegado de madrugada Victor nos dio un caluroso recibimiento familiar en el check in. Al día siguiente, el personal de concierge me enviaron un regalo a la habitación para celebrar mí cumpleaños. Muchas gracias Hillary Gonzalez por tan especial compromiso con el cliente. Muy buenos vinos y cena en Restaurante del lobby. Muchas gracias Pablo y Felipe por sus atenciones como meseros. Parqueo muy seguro y desayuno muy rico incluídos. El desayuno muy variado y muy completo todos los días. Habitaciones amplias, cama muy comfortable, vista a la cordillera. Muy cerca de restaurantes y Arauco Mall, en la mejor zona de Santiago."
