"Incredible food…comfortable rooms"

"This cannot be a 5 Star hotel. It should not be more than 3 stars. It is a very old hotel, staff was not helpful, we paid for breakfast during booking but they said its not included in spite of me showing them on the booking app. Location is not ideal, its very far from the airport and main lively area, unless you have a car its not convenient getting anywhere. Amenity timing is not good, bathroom and room also was not the best. The only good thing about this hotel was the view from the room-ocean view, that's it. We paid a lot for a 5 star experience but were disappointed. "

"There was four staff members that made my stay enjoyable. Naomi, Joel and Daniel at the front desk and I lady who always greeted us at the buffet she had a pleasant smile always accommodating. With out those four staff members we would of left and hone to another hotel. "

"Precioso lugar. Rodeado de naturaleza y unas vistas fantásticas. El hotel super bonito, decorado con mucho detalle. La habitación era grande y muy cómoda, como una casa :) Había mucha paz. El desayuno súper rico! Excelente experiencia. 100% recomendado. "
