Loved our stay here. Beautiful, aesthetic rooms and quaint, well manicured property. They have fire pits and yoga mats for your use! We sat on our porch every morning and night with the soft blankets in the rooms. Check in was easy and the front desk employee was very helpful and welcoming. Extremely clean and attentive housekeeping. The bedding smelled SO good. No restaurant or spa but there is an abundance of things nearby as it is in a very central location.

Very few signs leading to the property, many turns to get there on unpaved roads. The hotel itself was very nice and trendy, there is even a fire pit and wood available to burn. Found a few large spiders in our room but overall very clean inside and very comfortable beds (felt like memory foam).

The property was very difficult to get to on the bumpy dirt road and almost no signage for the hotel so you weren’t sure you were even going the right way. Some of the staff were great others were not. While the room is nice, it lacks a lot of necessary things—for example, the shampoo and body wash came as soap bars, which I’m not against but they don’t work at all and the body wash one (while smells great) is very rough (painful, really) and doesn’t lather. The hotel didn’t have anybody at the office during checkout and I had to communicate via WhatsApp where the responses were slow and very inconsistent. The wifi doesn’t work. I had booked for one night and asked about possibly extending for another on the next morning. I was told verbally, by a hotel employee (Victor) on via the phone, the rate would be the same. After my family planned around this, I get a text message saying the rate is 2.5x what I was told!! Absolutely awful communication and misrepresentation. While the property is nice, with all the communication issues, difficulties getting there and amenities being sub-par, I would not recommend.

I have stayed at a few different locations in the valle and I honestly wish this place offered perhaps a TV or pool. Or maybe finish sealing all the areas that leak in sunlight and heat.

This property was a let down. Hard to access with roads filled with ponds that were dangerous to drive through. We were given dinner recommendations and were unable to reach them because of road conditions and maps that tried to convince us to cut through gated private properties. We asked if we could get a refund when we arrived and were told its non-refundable. There was simply no way to know how difficult it would be to reach this location when booking. We found hair in the shower when we arrived and dirt on the floors. The space was freezing and when we asked why it hadnt been heated before our arrival we were told they arent allowed in to turn the heat on untill a guest arrives. I run an airbnb and we always pre-heat/cool our spaces for guests before arrival. We were all freezing untill the middle of the following day. There is only enough hot water in their system to have one shower so we had to wait over an hour between guest to shower. There are firepits but no wood offered for burning. From 8am-sunset there was loud music playing either from the nextdoor neighbors house or from the cleaners taking care of the rooms next to ours so we couldnt relax outdoors on the patio. while the soap is nice and the towels and Casper beds are comfortable the rest of the ammenities are lacking. They asked us if we had any dietary restrictions before check in but didnt make any adjustments based on them. So I thought i was going to receive a better level of service.

Hermoso lugar para quedarse en el Valle. Nuestra habitación muy cómoda; la regadera tiene buena presión y no tarda en salir agua caliente como en otros lugares. Limpio, diseño interior muy bonito.
