The gentleman at reception was so very helpful, friendly and upbeat. The room was super clean and the beds were heavenly. Breakfast was decent. Eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, French toast, waffle maker, all the other regular items and the coffee was surprisingly delicious.

The staff was really pleasant, the room was clean, but not spotless, the bathroom needs a shelf to put your glasses, and other necessities. The odd thing was, we were not provided with room cleaning, nor fresh towels, for the 4 days we stayed there. This might’ve been my fault for not reading the fine print on the reservation agreement, where it might’ve stated the guest needs to request these services. Other than these, in my opinion, minor issues, I really enjoyed my stay at the Harmony hotel, and if I’m ever in Valentine again this will be my hotel.

We went for breakfast and there were no eggs available. Also, the eggs other people were eating had sausage in them. My spouse has a gluten allergy so there were no options for him. Bathroom did not have a vent so it was very muggy in there. Shower head needed clean. The staff was fine. The room overall was serviceable.

The front desk staff here was great. I ended up dealing with 3-4 of them while extending days multiple times and check out late. And all the staff were very helpful! It is hard to get good customer service anymore. This place must have everyone!
