L'environnement est infesté de moustiques. Impossible d'ouvrir les fenêtres sans être envahis et piqué. L'accès à la piscine intérieur au tarif de 40 € par personne est scandaleux. Nous sommes extrêmement déçu de cet hôtel et de cette chaine.

Fuyez le client n’est pas le bienvenu

Des notre arrivée nous avons senti qu’on était de trop. Le réceptionniste n’a même pas levé la tête de son ordinateur pendant cinq bonnes minutes et enfin nous a à peine salué et tout ça sans sourire. La chambre n’était pas prête il était 13 h. Il devait nous appeler pour nous prévenir dès qu’elle serait prête. On attend encore. À chaque passage devant la réception aucun regard sourire ou bonjour ils étaient souvent deux ou trois. Pour notre départ à 7 h du matin le réceptionniste dormait derrière son écran. Il n’a pas réussi à nous faire la facture malgré l’attente de 20 min et il nous avait facturé une bouteille du mini bar que l’on avait pas pris il nous l’envoie par mail, on verra. On sent que le client n’est pas leur priorité . Et sans excuses. Que dire de l’hôtel en général. Il a sûrement eu son heure de gloire. Mais malheureusement il n’a pas été entretenu les portes sont abîmées, les murs les vitres sales, le mobilier est assez moderne mais pas entretenu. Les chambres propres et literie confortable. Et l’extérieur de l’hôtel sous l’excuse de la préservation de l’environnement l’hôtel paraît abandonné et mal entretenu. Les terrasses sales. Le coin piscine : les douches très sales, les chaises longues inconfortables et sales, les petites tables sales, les toilettes très sales, les escaliers de la piscine Pas sécurisés au sol. Je pense que sans le golf qui a l’air lui par contre très bien entretenu ( pas d’excuses pour la biodiversité ) l’hôtel n’a aucun attrait.

Inte femstjärnigt och inte vad jag förväntar mig av ”Parador” Stora rum men stenhårda sängar. Restaurangens personal (finrestaurangen) höll inte klassen för femstjärnigt även om några var väldigt trevliga. Tog väldigt lång tid att få mat men köttet var fantastiskt.

Si può fare molto meglio.

Portroppo per essere un 5 stelle la stanza non era assolutamente all'altezza e molti dei problemi che ho avuto in camera potevano essere prevenuti con un controllo preventivo. La spa con si è potuta utilizzare per la bassa temperatura non solo dell'acqua ma anche del locale, peccato perché la struttura meritava. La colazione però é molto buona e ricca in alcuni casi si può trovare anche lo champagne. La piscina esterna un poco deludente.

El lugar donde está es magnífico. La vista de la habitación mirando al mar es muy agradable. La habitación es amplia y luminosa, así como el baño. Pero la cama es escesivamente incómoda. La restauración no está a la altura de un Parador. La paella parecía de Paellador. Una pena, porque me hubiera gustado estar más días hospedada.

Fantastisches Hotel

Wir waren für 2 Nächte auf unserer Durchreise im Hotel und geben als insgesamte Bewertung die Bestnote. Tolles Hotel inmitten von Golfplätzen. Direktor kümmert sich persönlich um seine Gäste. Frühstück und Abendessen hervorragend. Sehr freundliches Personal. Die Zimmer sind gross und hell. Badezimmer mit separater Toilette. Alles sehr sauber! Genug Parkplätze beim Hotel und auch gute Busverbindung (zur Haltestelle nur 10 Fussminuten) in die Innenstadt Valencia. Dauer 45 Min. Ticket nur 1.50 Euro pro Person. Wir würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen!
