Stayed here for 12 days. Beautiful property and friendly staff and tenants. Felt like home. My gf and I stayed an additional 4 days here instead of going to downtown dumaguette. Walking distance to Valencia town square (12/13 mins).

The Travelocity property description is misleading. The description says unit has AC. It only has AC (barely works) in the one bedroom with instructions not to open the bedroom doors to cool the entire unit to “avoid malfunction and accident due to wire shortage”. The rest of the apartment was like a hot sauna. There were ants crawling all over the kitchen counter. I will say the ants were more welcoming than the apartment host. Upon noticing all the above, my wife and I immediately checked out and retuned the key. My family was traveling with us and had reserved a different property through AirB&B. My wife and I had to find a more suitable and trustworthy accommodation. I requested a full refund but was denied by the Marpas host. Shame on Marpas for not being forthcoming regarding their property.

Away from hustle and bustle of town, nice huge apartment size, AC did not work properly though but it cools off at night so it became bearable. Huge balcony, Big clean and warm pool, nice landscape. Restaurants are 10 min walk, try Filipino authentic food at the Plaza. Lots of roosters and farm animal noise but that’s Philippines. Did a day trip to Pulang Bato Falls and Twin Lake, best to pre arrange van transport as they are very hilly. Also went to Apo Island (turtle haven), take half hr Tricycle to Malatapay Wharf , be there by 9am as its gong show to reserve a public boat, be with group, bring extra cash.

Nice and clean with a lot of greens around.

Sparkling clean, spacious and modern apartment (there are 14 apartmetns in total) in a nice green residential area of Valencia. We had a very nice stay, recomment this place and like to come back..It is good for just a few days and also for a longer stay.
