Valencia stay

Spacious apartment (1B) with all the amenities needed. Only exception was no paper towels which we purchased. Soap/gel was weak. Otherwise, location was great and walkable. Parking was two plus blocks away so not ideal. Esmerelda at reception was awesome and very pleasant to deal with for recommendations. Would recommend l.

Easy to find and clean

Apartment was easy to find, access and very clean. Communication from the Hotels team was good but prior to the stay I got emailed twice and then Whatsapp’d to fill out check in information, which I’d already completed online. This was a bit frustrating. There was enough equipment for two but some amenities such as tea, sugar and maybe some bottled water would have have been nice. There was a loud pump we think that was to do with the hot water, but seemed to be linked to another apartment too as it persisted long after we’d used the shower. Additionally the sound proofing wasn’t great so we heard other apartments coming and going. Both aspects meant we had disrupted sleep. Otherwise the bed was comfortable and location was good as it was near local buses that could get you into town.

Disappointing at the best

I will try to be as fair as I can so please read carefully. The property is nice. A flat with a double bed and a sofa bed. There is a hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher but not an oven 🙄. Also available a hair dryer and an iron. A shower cabin with shower gel and shampoo. Quite clean and close to amenities and public transportation. Although, as I have said many times, hospitality businesses it is not just a nice room. No staff available, noise after midnight from other residents, they request a deposit which I wasn't aware or willing to pay whatsoever, but I blame mostly the app for that as it should be somehow clear so to avoid it. My previous experience (just once) was really bad as I was trying to get my money back for weeks. Communication is bad at least and I had to visit their office, when they reassured me that I would have my money back a couple hours after check out which off course didn't happen and I will take action with my bank when I get back or even to ask for legal advice. Needless to say that there is not any chance to book again with them or with anyone who requires a deposit. I would rather to pay a bit more and to stay in a real hotel with real professionals who know how to treat their guests. I won't upload any photos or videos as I might need to use them as evidence.

Room was in okay condition and there was no essential kitchen cooking condiment, like salt, oil, coffee, tea. There was not enough blanket for 2 beds. When asked about extra blanket didn't get any response. There was no paper towel for kitchen. The bathroom sink was almost clogged,so the water would not easily go down.

It was large apartment with nice kitchen and kitchen equipments. I couldn’t figure out how to use washing machine since all the instructions are in Spanish and there is no English instruction.it’s far from grocery store and restaurants.when u set AC to heat up the room there were grey dusty fluffs kept coming out of vent . I swept up the whole entire apartment at least 2times/day

I’ll keep this as objective as possible. If you’re okay with requesting an early check-in after a long trip from the U.S. and receiving no viable alternative—meaning you’ll have to walk around Valencia with your luggage for four hours—then this place might work for you. If you ask for two extra blankets for your children and never get a response, you might still consider staying here. If you report that the washing machine isn’t working and ask where to leave trash bags but get no reply, this could still be an option for you. On the positive side, the location is excellent: right across from ROIG Arena and within a 10–15 minute walk to CC Saler and the City of Arts and Sciences.

The check in process with remote support was awful. It took about an hour to get into our rooms because of internet and their system issues to pay the additional fees. Once inside the building, my room key was not in the box. Had to call back for them to assign a different box. My city view consisted of just the freeway. There was only one coffee pod and asked for more the same morning for the next day. Had to buy my own pods because it never came. Requested an iron and board. It never came. I do not believe housekeeping ever came in our room. Any human service provided was awful. The property itself was fine.

The positive, new property, nice decorated, good bed and clean bathroom. The bad, extremely complex to check in, they ask for a deposit charged to your credit card and then after a week haven’t got it back yet, they only operate on office hours, no one available after that. They don’t accommodate to guest needs and you need to accommodate to their schedules, deposit and system. Not disclosed in the original listing. this companies should not be in the hospitality industry as they don’t understand how to treat guest and meet needs.

Se asemeja bastante a lo esperado. Lo que no ha gustado no tiene que ver con arena 20 sino con la forma de construir y diseñar, por ejemplo hay pequeñas corrientes que al no haber puertas no se atenúan, la calefacción (en febrero) se ha necesitado pero es bomba de calor con el aire acondicionado, de difícil regulación y distribución del calor, y el aislamiento acústico no es de lo mejor. La gestión es satisfactoria, al tener problema responden rápido y amable. El agua caliente tras varias duchas perdió fuerza el último día.
