Hotel Las Arenas Balneario Resort

"Fantastic stay from check in to check out. Staff are exceptional throughout the hotel. Facilities are exceptional, spa well worth a visit. Pool areas, gardens lounge areas are spotlessly clean and constantly maintained. Rooms and room service are superb. Towels,toiletries refreshed daily. View over the gardens to the beach are wonderful. Very quiet in the evenings. Security staff carry out routine rounds through the corridor areas and reception is always covered by Security. Continental Breakfast to the room was outstanding. Fresh fruit, fresh coffee, toasts, pastries and fresh orange juice. We can't praise this stay any higher. It exceeded our expectations."

"We loved the location, and the hotel was overall great - the breakfast is fantastic! The only complaint was the elevators; there are only three, and only two are working at any given time. One is specifically for freight. With that said, I would definitey stay there again."

"+ Hôtel bien situé, propre, confortable, extérieur sympa - la qualité des aliments du petit-déjeuner sont très très bas de gammes voir 1er prix ce qui gâche le petit déjeuner dans un cadre sympa ( salle du petit déjeuner ). Les portes qui ne s’ouvrent pas facilement avec les cartes, j’ai vu des avis là dessus avant de réserver et j’ai vécu ce problème. A minuit ce n’est pas drôle de descendre demander d’ouvrir la porte. Et la salle de sport Catastrophique !! À refaire si ils veulent prétendre avoir une salle de sport. + Hotel well located, clean, comfortable, nice exterior - the quality of the breakfast food is very very low range see 1st price which spoils the breakfast in a nice setting (breakfast room). The doors that do not open easily with the cards, I saw notices on it before booking and I experienced this problem. At midnight it's not funny to go down and ask to open the door."

"Wow! This hotel looks just like the pictures. It’s really modern and a beautiful, clean and well maintained hotel. The location is convenient and right next to the shopping centre and loads of restaurants. The staff are lovely and very helpful. I would definitely come back here if staying in Valencia. 5 stars!"
