"The staff is extremely helpful and professional. A young man on the staff opened the bar so that we could order coffee while we waited for our room and to check in. The room amenities are great, very comfortable accommodations. The Murano chandeliers in the main lobby are gorgeous! The breakfast has an abundant selection. We would definitely stay here again."

"We absolutely loved everything about this hotel from the front desk stuff, hotels rooms are spacious and super clean, breakfast was delicious but you have to pay 12 EUROS each day, the shuttle service is available for a small charge which we didn’t mind. The convenience of the hotel location was great to get you on to the train. We really enjoyed it and go back for sure!!! Much appreciated"

"We loved the hotel. So nice to be out of the hustle and bustle of Venice centre but still very easy to jump on the train and be there in 20 minutes via the hotel shuttle bus. Staff are so friendly and helpful and we had a lovely time there. We borrowed the hotel bikes to ride along the riverside and it was fantastic. The only thing is, and we didn't mind at all, but we planned our days around what time the shuttle bus ran as it only runs at certain times. Not a negative, just a consideration if you didn't want to walk back from the station (less than half an hour walk)."
