"I cannot rate this hotel highly enough. The staff were superbly professional and polite - they showed us to our room before formally checking us in so we could get settled while they worked away, thought this was a nice touch. "Amazing location up in the mountains, close to stelvio pass and Livigno, this is our 4th stay here. Rooms are nice and clean with everything you need, breakfast is great especially the coffee. The owners were very kind and helpful, especially for anything we needed for our little baby, nothing was too much trouble. Also we were able to change our room to one with a balcony as we were staying for 3 nights which was lovely. Look forward to staying again next year. Thank you also for the gift when...

"Very nice hotel with good restaurant! All was great except staff not speaking English and lack of WiFi. They say they speak English, but it is not true, so you will have to explain with fingers and hands, but it is not really a problem. For WiFi, impossible to connect or no signal even if you are located close to the router. Apart from those minuses, the place is great! Nice scenery, nature and location. "Well done---simple, basic , not complicated and as expected. I used the location as a base by which to explore the mountains. Close to some excellent restaurants in Bormeo and elsewhere. BEAUTIFUL VIEW from the room Breakfast cosi cosi, but OK. And at the end, the owner gave me excellent advice and directions to get to my next stop--and it wasn't easy--maps and GPS don't quite do the job in that area. Well done"

"Reasonable pricing. Restaurant was closed but pizzeria was open. Old building and the sound travels from the halls and occupants nearest to you. Views are beautiful though so that made up for the noise. We did a big drive so still slept well. Staff are lovely and helpful "
