"Our room was great, beds were comfortable, and everything was really clean! The property was very well kept, clean, nice flowers, and green grass! Only poor thing was the restroom near the breakfast dinning haul was disgusting when taking my toddle potty. We had to go to the Fitness room, which was clean. The breakfast itself was plentiful, with much variety… although the quality of the food was, eh. Soggy under cooked papas, and briskets. Fruit was soggy and pasado. A elder couple trying to get coffe almost ran my mom over trying to get coffee. All and all 4 of 5 stars. "

"The place is cute. The staff is friendly. The parking is quite useful, free, & close to downtown. The queen bed is comfortable. We requested and were given a hypo-allergenic cleaning prior to our arrival. Daily cleaning products used, however. were not unscented as requested. When the sheets were replaced, they contained perfume from the cleaning detergent. New unscented sheets were replaced when when we brought this to staff 's attention. Breakfast is included, but we chose to pass. The burritos are ok, but not great. The Venetian blinds are missing pieces which compromised our privacy and allowed the security light to shine in our eyes while trying to sleep. Hence we had little sleep during our stay. The staff indicated they were aware of this issue for some time (but had obviously not addressed it). We did not have hot water for the first 2 nights. The room is not much larger than the queen sized bed. We stayed in Room 6 for 4 days."

"The room, the beds, the bathroom, everything was clean! Janell at the front desk was delightful and let us choose our room. This is a wonderful hotel. Don't compare it to something in a larger city. The rooms, beds, breakfast had real eggs and the staff were fantastic."

"Room was lovely. Bed and pillows super comfy. Courtesy shuttle provided. Nice gym. Pool area was closed for maintenance, but other than that, stay was perfect."

"We are glad to stay at the Sagebrush due it most reasonable, affordable pet fee and its openness to pet guests. The rooms in the older part of the lodge have great historical appeal with a lovely courtyard and proximity to the dining and entertainment part of the property. The newer section is also a good place to stay for more modern rooms and amenities and the swimming pool. We stay at the Sagebrush every time we take a trip to Taos whether it be an overnight or several days. It is a retreat. A bit out of town,but certainly appealing to us. Entertainment is good as well."
