"Wir hatten super schöne zwei Wochen in der Altamira Residence. Unsere Wohnung im Erdgeschoss war geräumig, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Besitzerin war immer erreichbar und ist sehr sehr nett! Egal was wir hatten, wir konnten uns immer an Anna wenden und sie hatte einen Tipp oder hat uns geholfen. So einen super Service habe ich bisher selten erlebt. Da der Strand in der Nebensaison nicht bewirtschaftet wird, hat sie extra für uns 3 Liegen reserviert und den Pool für uns gereinigt und offen...

"We had such a great time here. We were greeted with coffee and snacks and plenty of information about the town. The restaurant was closed but was offered to us which was great. we were also given suggestions to go eat at. the rooms were great, breakfast was very good. we even got to purchase some chirstmas ornaments. our host we also very friendly. "We arrived at the hotel later than we wanted to which is a shame because it was lovely, our room was amazing with 2 balconies with lovely views. The staff were so helpful, the restaurant was fully booked so we asked the chef if we could have room service, nothing was too much trouble and at 8pm the food arrived along with a glass of wine and a beer ☺️ We were so tired we really appreciated it. We sat on the balcony enjoying a lovely meal watching the sunset….thank you. Breakfast was great too."
