"This hotel is all about their spa services. We booked a room that offered us access to the thermal path. The large outside pool overlooks the mountains which is breathtaking. The many heated baths and saunas are very enjoyable. The main reason to stay here would be for those services. If you want something to eat other than what is offered at the hotel restaurant, you'll need to drive into Bormio. Parking is okay in that area. Most everything you might want to do will require you to drive to it."

"The front desk staff was wonderful. The breakfast was very good! Unfortunately, we never had our room cleaned, which we could have asked for. There were towels in the hallway as well as toilet paper if you need it. There were no signs saying when or why they would not clean rooms."

"Really nice spacious room, friendly staff and a wonderful evening meal. Parking is a short walk away in a secure underground car park, if you have a super low slung car best to leave it in the open car park up top as the ramp is quite steep. Very welcoming staff"
