"Location was great if you are heading to Disney, they have a free shuttle that runs through out the day. Parking was 15 euro each day.
The facility overall looks nice with great landscape , reception area was cleaned. For the value, it seems fair.
The rooms are smaller. We had a room with a kitchenette, there wasn’t much room for a family of 4 to move around. The sofa bed can fit one average side kid comfortable, bigger than a twin but smaller than a double.
The breakfast buffet was great, a lot of variety… probably the most options during our France trip.
Pool was nice; we didn’t get a chance to use the steam or sauna but it looked great.
Staff were average, not too friendly but not rude. They get the job done. They don’t seem happy working there.
During busy time, they seem to be a bit understaffed: at breakfast and 8-10 pm- long wait times, and team members seem agitated.
As far as the cleanliness, they don’t properly clean the room as well as I would have liked. There were stains on the toilets, lipstick stains on the glasses, molds along the gout of the showers. Bathroom shower floors were stained, different amenities that they had also have stains.
Overall, I may consider staying there again because the area does not have many great options."
