"The stay was fine overall, but the road very noisy because of thin windows. Also, even in May, the airconditioning isn't turned on as the hotel still classifies it as "winter" season... so the room was very hot at 26 degrees celcius and no way to cool it. I got a superior room and it was identical to my friends' room who got a standard - so don't bother with the superior."

"several disappointing issues during my stay. The air conditioning was poor — I had to go to the front desk just to get it turned on, and even then it barely worked. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable, and the room had a strange smell that made it less pleasant. On top of that, the walls or doors seemed poorly insulated because I could hear everything happening in the hallways. Overall, it did not provide the comfort or rest I expected."

"We had a delightful stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Jessica! The building and grounds are amazing. Our room was spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable. Dinner at restaurant onsite was also very good. While out of town a ways we enjoyed the 40 walk and climb up to the old walled city."
