"This hotel was very comfortable to stay in with friendly and accommodating staff. The included breakfast was fine, not sure about the dinners as we chose to eat out. The room was clean and very comfortable for the week. Pool table, ping pong and table football all well appreciated by the teens we had on the ski trip. Easy to walk to Clotes lift and you are right in the village. Bring ear plugs for party nights in the town - but we only heard noise on 1-2 nights and it wasn't bad. Good skis...

"It is incredible that the gym opens very late at 10 AM. And staff in the reception are snob and unable to help or try to help. The fees were never disclosed and I didn’t get any receipt. The location is great and the lady in charge of the restaurant is so nice the receptionist should learn from her. "

"This hotel is awful and disgusting; the smell of mold and dust instantly chokes you as you enter. The bed was hard, the pillows were awful, and the blanket was very thin, making the winter stay extremely cold. "We stay here for two nights as part of our 2 week EU trip! Absolute best location for us!withe the ski lift, the rental place was right beside hotel along with a great spot to eat, made everything super easy! (make reservations) the staff was accommodating, had great recommendations, was able to get all 5 of us into the spa for massages, and we all enjoyed the pool/sauna/ relaxation areas after being on the MTN. We had two suites and absolutely can’t wait to plan a longer ski trip here! We paid the extra to park in garage, 18 euros and it was nice to have a ready to go car from the ice/snow! Thanks for making our trip great! "
