The staff are just amazing-friendly and so welcoming. The lobby is so relaxing with zen decor and soothing music. The vibe created at this hotel far exceeded our expectations. :)

I do wish there were recycling though — it seems archaic that there is no way to sort out recyclables in a place that advertises kitchens for guests.
