"This was our sixth time staying at this hotel, and for the past six years, we’ve noticed a gradual decline in the quality of service. However, this year has been the absolute worst experience we’ve ever had. The hotel is completely understaffed, and the housekeeping service is appalling. They don’t even bother to replace the towels, tissue paper, or any other amenities in our rooms. The front desk staff is incredibly unfriendly and rude. I would never recommend this hotel or go back. It’s a shame because the hotel is in a great location, but the poor service makes it no longer worth the price. "

"Clean room. It would be nice if they had the hot chocolate out til at least 5. We skied til 4 and it was gone by the time we got back to hotel. Also the spa really needs some work. I have been using it for 15 years and it is going downhill. I miss the attendant."
