"We did an impromptu anniversary trip, and the staff was amazing. Had a bottle of champagne waiting, upgraded our room, etc. Rooms were clean and spacious. Beds comfy. Gondola right outside the door. Had a blast."

"The location was great! We spent an afternoon around the pool which was very relaxing. There were water issues on August 25th which meant a cold shower, no breakfast being served, and a hot tub closure. The hot water in the shower was restored and we ate breakfast at Ludwigs. The restaurant area for the breakfast at The Sebastian was not impressive for a luxury hotel. The staff, however, were very attentive and helpful."
