"Room couldn't have been any cleaner. One light bulb in the bathroom was burned out. Rob at the front desk was extremely welcoming and accommodating. One peculiar thing about the property is that when you park out front for check-in and go in the front door, the first thing you see is a desk, but nobody there. It's very tempting to assume the check-in staff is just temporarily away on an errand. There's a VERY small sign pointing up the stairs that says Front Desk, but it's very easily missed. But the sign is correct! That desk just inside the front door is actually the "business center" for guests to use. Off-street parking is nearby, and there's no extra charge for it. The breakfast room is very well stocked, and one featured item varies daily. But on our second day, that item was biscuits and gravy, and when we arrived, both were used up. Replenishments were on the way, but I had to wait a full 15 minutes for them. On the whole, however, our stay just couldn't have been much nicer!"

"Easy acces to ski area. Staff was professional and competant. Live music and dinning in lounge made for enjoyable easy going atmosphere. Family friendly without specifically catering to children. Area in general made for a quiet nook in a resort location. Accomidations were generous in space and comfortable for lounging/sleeping/in-room dining. "
