"Outdated room, staff was kind but didn’t answer the phones, AC didn’t work, king bed was debatable (it was a queen), excessive fees on everything. It was a let down after hearing such great things. Was hoping for a white glove treatment but felt like we had to really push to get service"

"The entirety of this hotel ad on Expedia is decisive. I have booked two queen bed which clearly says so on its page and we were told that there is no such room available, that was really shocking and messed up our stay. The amenities were under repair but that was no issue since we were able to use the neighboring resort. The location is great, the lobby and cleanness were really good. The check in experience was not good. The front desk young lady was somehow bothered by our presents and impolitely throw the brochure of the town and saying "well here is the town." I appreciate the manager tried to undo everything she did but again at check out, she was rude like as if we shouldn't be even bothering her. Typical of Colorado to hire unprofessional inexperienced staff for some reason we all know why."

"Beautiful hotel, large, clean and quiet rooms, and easy walking distance to Beaver Creek Village where several shops, restaurants and entertainment venues are centrally located. My wife and I have stayed here on multiple occasions and this hotel and its courteous staff never disappoints. The on-site restaurant, Grouse Mountain Grill is the best in Beaver Creek. Highly recommended."

"There were multiple hot tubs, rooms were clean with a good view, and staff were very friendly. The parking was close by. The only thing that was a little awkward was there were stairs involved getting to my room. There’s elevators in the place, but when going further down the highway, it involves stairs."

"One night stay for sports tournament so didn't get to explore much of the amenities, but clean hotel with large villas. There is a fee for parking was a bit of a bummer, but that's ok. No AC, which I missed when booking, thankfully it was cooler weather when we stayed and you can open windows."
