I recently stayed here for 3 days with my family in a Premier Suite (featuring a separate living room and bedroom). While the layout of the suite was good, my experience in Room 1204 was disappointing due to very low shower pressure.
Unfortunately, this issue impacted the first two days of our trip. Had the housekeeping or maintenance team checked this properly before our arrival, this frustration could have easily been avoided.
However, the situation was salvaged by the amazing service at the reception. I want to give a special mention to Purvee, who was helpful throughout our stay. She acknowledged the problem and managed to move us to an upgraded room as soon as one became available for our final day.
Overall, the hospitality was good, and I will return in the future. However, next time I will certainly be asking the team to double-check these minor maintenance points before I check in to ensure a smoother experience.
