Staff are friendly but lady at check out very grumpy and sour. A Smile Would go a Long way. Not sure how staff working in a hotel aren’t taught this. "This was significantly overpriced for a very modest property and the promises were a bit deceptive. To say it is beach front is seriously.misrepresentative. it is up a steep, winding road. The expensive pay parking, if the hotel is busy, can mean parking halfway down the mountain. The room was worn and shabby. We were deeply disappointed at the price. Finding the place was a nightmare, with it's hidden entrance on a hairpin turn. The young man who checked us in was professional and excellent given the product he had to present. The pool closed at 6 pm and check out is at 10 am, when the pool reopens..you can use the pool in the morning, he said. But parking expires at 10 so we would have had to pay another 29 euros or found parking in the town and hiked back up to the hotel to swim. All in all, very disappointing."
