"The hotel room and bathroom were small, but clean and comfortable. The bathroom smelled a bit. The soap provided by the hotel had a lovely lemongrass scent. Breakfast was delivered at the scheduled time, and the staff were very kind, even calling an Uber to take me to the airport. There are many restaurants nearby, so dinner is not a problem. "first, i was just stuffed in a room which was small.second is that due to the payment voucher issue,i was denied WiFi.after requesting them,they provided WiFi from a different customers room.the room was'nt cleaned and i was asked to check out at 3:30 whereas i got my room at 7pm.this has been my worst experience with ginger and i regret to book a room there."

"AC didn’t work, toilet flush didn’t work, Pillows, comfort all dirty. We informed the front desk that AC not working, we were keep going back to front desk. He said, in 5 mins we will get it, after 2 hrs also no AC. We decided not to stay, then he showed other room, which is full of insects. Finally, he gave 2 other rooms in which AC was working. Expedia should take this hotel out of their list"
