Strange system to getting a room key

Every guest sholud be remind before booking. If u check in the hotel outside their opening hours (until 5:00 pm on weekday), guest has to pay the additional servicefee to getting a room key that the Neste will charge 6 € servicefee. And there is no hair dryer, laundry detergent, cooking oil, coffee and filter.

The communications on how to obtain key and locate property was terrible. Also bed so soft that it was unusable for me. Blinds did not fully close on window of deck door so had to hang a towel to provide privacy. Do not recommend using this place !

Very satisfied with apartment it exceeded our expectations. However the details provided were not very good for gaining access and getting the key. We were sent to one garage to collect keys and found it deserted - another garage was being used. Once that was sorted though everything was great. The inclusion of a sauna added that little finesse. Unfortunately I have not been able to contact the apartment since to find out if any jewellery been found that I have lost while staying there

Good location, walking distance to the train and the center. It was nice to have a washing machine. It was a bit hard to find as it is on the 3rd floor of an apartment building and the entry door is not well marked. Checking in was not easy as after I had booked I received an email that there was only a few hour window to check in with a live body otherwise I needed to go to a grocery store to pick up my key and pay another 5 euros. It would have been nice to have a few items available in the room for short term travelers, such as packets of coffee for the morning rather than needing to go to the grocery store and buy 2# of coffee for one night. That being said, these are minor items and not deal breakers. Yes, we would stay there again.

Highly recommended

Our family of five adults stayed in two of these apartments over the holidays. They are beautiful, modern European-style units with a sauna. Each unit was a short distance from the city center. They were clean and comfortable and the staff at the office handling the reservations was friendly and eager to assist us with any inquiries. I look forward to booking these apartments again in the future.

Yksi yö liikematkalla. Oma asunto yhdeksi yöksi oli ihanan kotoisa tapa rentoutua pitkän päivän jälkeen. Riittävät ruuanlaittovälineet mahdollistivat oman ruokavalion mukaisen illallisen ja aamiaisen valmistamisen. Huoneisto oli siisti, palvelun taso oli hyvä ja sijainti Vaasassa hyvä, kävelymatka keskustaan.

Todella hyvä asunto joka on siisti ja mukavassa paikassa. Ainut miinus on avainten hakeminen. hotels.com-sivuilla sanotaan että avaimet voi hakea ilmaiseksi toimistolla 15-17 mutta tämä ei toimi viikonloppuisin, mutta tätä ei mainita. Eli tulee usein 5 € lisää.

Great position

The position of the flat was brilliant. There whre a lot drunken people hanging outside of the building, but the flat itself was great and had all we needed. The beds were comfortable but it wasn't really two rooms, rather one large room with wardrobes in the middle.

Easy location and Spacious.

The apartment is located in Vaasa and you can walk to the main downtown area 3-blocks over. The apartment has a secure entrance, spacious living room, sauna, gated parking deck, and two separate bedrooms. The kitchen is fully furnished and there is a clothes washer on site. Check in was fast and easy and is located in the main downtown area.
