"Nice place to stay an enjoy ."

"May 11-13, 2026: We miss the 4:00 pm tea time that used to be at this hotel. The staff person said we could turn on the coffee maker and get hot water. Still not the same as tea time used to be, with cookies. Also the hotel had already switched the room temperature control to cooling. However, our RM 104 room was cold. They did give us a small space heater for our 3 day stay after we mentioned we were cold in the room. Finally, the Continental breakfast is medium rated. Pancake batter container was low level and should have been refilled. The hotel is well located for Chadds Ford attractions. I think the draw to customers could be improved by adding back 4 pm tea time and adding more breakfast options. "

"A nice motel-type hotel. Very close to the highway, shopping centers and restaurants. Very friendly and professional staff. Window in the room opens, if one likes fresh air. Air conditioning is also available. Shower was okay, way better than in Wyndham Phili historic district, but not a great strong current one may whish. No hot breakfast, cereals, oatmeal and fruits only. Coffee and hot water in plenty. Fine for staying a few nights. "

"The maze left dirty sheets on the bed and a comforter had blood on it and everything. It was just nasty and dirty the comforters and the sheets on the TV didn’t work not at all. We had to keep going downstairs telling them about the TV and everything but overall everything else was perfect and except for those two."

"I really wanted to give the Quality Inn a chance even after reading the poor reviews, but I really was disappointed by my stay there. This facility really needs updating, which would include a deep cleaning of the inside and outside. I received no room service during my stay so had to go to the lobby to request replacement toilet paper and towels. Not the worst hotel so if you go make your own opinion. Not for me though. "

"Check in is completely accomplished via tech/electronically … which is fine, if it works. Our keypad on our room’s door did not work. At 10 pm after a long drive, the last thing you want to deal with is a faulty keypad that delays entry into your room. It took multiple calls to correct the issue."
