"There was a party going on in the room next to ours at 2 am with loud music and singing. I contacted front desk, but no action was taken by staff. Only one towel in room. My experience with this hotel was simply terrible. "

"The room was $700 a night we stayed for 2 nights and it was never cleaned or restocked. We had to go to the front desk for toilet paper and towels. They gave us one roll of toilet paper for 3 guests and never restocked. Good location but not worth it for the price."

The nextam, I was cut off of wifi and when we left the building for the purported breakfast, was locked out of our room. 4. paint job on exterior looks nice, but amenities and facilities are way below standard of excellence, to barely tolerable. 5. slept pretty well in the beds, a plus sign despite the above"
