Our room had no tv service, I went to the reception desk, a new girl told me to unplug and try again, still nothing. The door to room 347 had been screwed together at the top hinge, you had to lift the door up to even close it. We asked to change rooms. "

"The room was very updated and modern-spotless. The staff at the front desk could use some improvement. They forgot to even hand us our key or point out where the room was located. We asked for a 3 am wake-up call which never happened. At check out, the girl seemed totally disinterested. The courtesy van driver at 3:30 am was right on time, friendly, and dropped us off right at our gate, so I would give him 5 stars. Overall, this is a very nice, convenient to "

"Took the shower water forever to get warm. The bathroom sink pressure was very low. Other than that experience was nice "

"The main attraction was supposed to be the water park. This was our only reason we booked this place.The main issue with the entire property is the lack of staff. When we arrived we were informed that the slides were only open 2 hours a day from 2pm-3pm and 4pm-5pm. I spoke with the manager who said that the slides needed to be closed for “maintenance”. We stayed 6 days and never once saw “maintenance” being performed. The lazy river is only 2.5 feet deep. There is another pool which is actually heated and goes as deep as 8 ft. That was the best pool. In a nutshell, your room will not be cleaned unless you request it then night before, and even when you request it still may not get cleaned. Rooms are only cleaned every other day. The pool towels are tiny, I am a size 6 and I was barely able to wrap around my hips. The breakfast was continental so my expectations were already low but it was even worse. The rooms are extremely damp. We often kept door open just to air out. There was air condition but it was not always hot enough to run it just very damp. This place could be better if they had sufficient staff. That is the main issue. I suspected this place would not be up to par when I could never get anyone on the phone weeks prior to my arrival. Do not stay here."

"Check in was very quick. A room was ready several hours early so that was a bonus. The room was very business like, comfortable but not luxurious. One of my pet hates is the way some hotels make their beds up by sandwiching the duvet between two flat sheets. It worries me that the duvet itself is not washed between clients, really unhygienic if it isn’t, might just as well not bother changing the sheets at all!! We couldn’t extend our check out time unless we wanted to pay for another night. I understand this and it’s fine but there are no facilities for changing in, showers etc, even in the gym. Had to have a pre flight wash and change in the swimming pool toilets. There are two places to eat but both have the same menu. Prices are generally high, as expected. Had a fabulous pizza which was reasonable. The pool area is nice, plenty of sun beds and as guests come and go regularly throughout the day there were lots of free beds. The pool does not have a lifeguard or attendant on duty. Unfortunately there was a large group with lots of children who monopolised the pool and constantly jumped and dived in unsupervised from their sunbathing parents. A pool attendant enforcing the no jumping rules would’ve been helpful to the other guests. Bar and food service is available poolside. A shuttle to the airport runs every half hour and is on a first come basis. When getting the shuttle from the airport you need to call the hotel to send the shuttle. The info desk did this for us "
