Nice hotel with kind staff. We like this hotel. They serve room service also. Ths hotel location is convenient to the city central of Utrecht.

GREAT Value

Great value for the money. Excellent location . 10 -15 minute walk to everything. Room size was adequate for a couple. Wifi was EXCELLENT and nice hot showers. Will definitely stay again. Staff very nice.

Utrecht is expensive to stay, also For one night maybe it s better to sleep farer and come For a one-day visit ! The Place is really too expensive For what it offers i think ! The women is really kind, fast and simple in the advices, but i think the price is really too Much For a room like that ! Maybe a romantic trip is not the appropriate set to stay, even if with some Friends with which share the Price could be different!

Hôtel inadapté pour un séjour avec des enfants

Chambre d’hôtel pas du tout adaptée à un séjour en famille. Le seul point positif est la gentillesse du mr qui nous a accueilli. On rentre dans l’hôtel par les toilettes de la cafétéria du rdc, puis un couloir et 2 escaliers tellement d’exigus et raides qu’il a été difficile de les monter avec des enfants en bas âge. La chambre avait un sauna et un jacuzzi donnant directement dans la chambre. Pas de tapis de bains juste une bouche d’évacuation dans le sol quand on sort du jacuzzi ce qui n’est pas pratique surtout avec des enfants et un sol en caoutchouc en très mauvais état et très glissant. Les 4 serviettes de toilettes étaient tachées. Il n’y a pas de lampes de chevets ni bouilloire. On a retrouvés des perces oreilles et cafards dans la chambre. Très mauvaise expérience qui ne correspond pas à un ***

Hôtel miteux avec gros problèmes d’hygiène

Pire séjour en nuit d’hôtel que j’ai vécu avec ma famille. Le seul point positif est la gentillesse du mr qui nous a accueilli. On s’est retrouvé à rentrer dans l’hôtel par les toilettes de la cafétéria du rdc, puis des couloirs et 2 escaliers tellement d’exigus et raides qu’il a été difficile de les monter avec des enfants en bas âge. Et le sol n’est parlons pas : du caoutchouc?! Les serviettes de toilettes étaient toutes tachées on on a retrouvés des perces oreilles et cafards dans la chambre. Bref hôtel à fuir qui ne correspond pas à un ***

This was the smallest room I've ever stayed at a hotel. Unfortunately since we had just travelled from a different continent and were looking for a temporary stay while we look for an apartment had a lot of luggage. With 1 double bed and 1 so-called twin and with 3 people in the room it was like canned sardines. Some other rooms looked slightly bigger but for some reason we ended up with the tiniest. Luckily it was ground floor so I was spared the weight lifting. Last 2 nights the HVAC system did not work (had to manually reduce the mechanical heater to cool the room down) No microwave in the room and staff would not replenish the coffee/sugar etc without being asked. Never got extra pillow/comforter either even after asking. I have lived in all sorts of hotels/motels and in a few countries as well but this was literally the most claustrophobic experience of my life. For 100+ EUR per day I do expect a slightly bigger room. This is not central London or Tokyo

My stay was generally good. The room was very clean but unfortunately my particular room smelt of acetone, perhaps from a previous guest. The shower could've have been a bit warmer bit the flow of water was very good.You just need to watch out for the leathal stairs.
