"das Hotel passt überhaupt nicht in die Arosa Gruppe, weder von der Einrichtung des Zimmers her noch von den Gästen her noch vom Essen. Während unseres Aufenthalts war das Durchschnittsalter gefühlte 80 Jahre aufwärts. Es sah für uns eher aus wie ein Seniorenstift, aber keinesfalls wie ein Hotel der Arosa Gruppe. In der Dusche war es verschimmelt, das Zimmer roch komisch, am Balkon waren einige renovierungsbedürftige Stellen. Das Personal war jedoch sehr nett und bemüht, es uns und alten Damen...

"Die Anreise war sehr unkompliziert. Wir hatten einen Parkplatz direkt vor unserer Wohnung und haben direkt einchecken können. die Wohnung war gut, hat alles erfüllt was man erwartet. Handtücher, Föhn, Elektrogeräte, Seife (Blockseife) etc. Waren vorhanden. Ein bisschen Kritik gibt es bei der Sauna, diese lässt nämlich nicht zu, dass beide sich hinlegen, einer muss sitzen, auch der Zugang zur hinteren Bank war etwas umständlich. Zweiter Punkt war die Internetverbindung, die war wirklich nicht...
