"This place honestly looks like it should be condemned. It was disgusting. The walls are peeling, there were 4 different types of flooring in each room, and the bedding and towels were stiff. I checked for bed bugs because the place looked so bad. I’m happy to report there were none. "​If you're looking to escape the hustle and bustle of Ollantaytambo, Lizzy Wasi in Urubamba is the absolute perfect place to stay. I stayed here for 4 nights with our family, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. ​The property itself is gorgeous and cozy, featuring a beautiful, serene garden. At night, away from the city lights, the stargazing is incredible! ​A special mention goes to the food: the breakfast was fantastic every morning, and the onsite restaurant was incredible—do not miss out on their Chicha Morada! The amenities were top-notch, and the staff was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our stay. Highly recommended!"
