Hotel Riu Vallarta - All Inclusive

"We absolutely loved our stay at this resort! ❤️ The pools were nice and warm, and overall we had such a great experience. We ate in the main dining room all three nights because we didn’t want to wait on the waiting lists for the other restaurants. My advice would be to get your name on the list before you’re actually hungry, because there can definitely be a wait! We also learned a little trick for the steakhouse—go onto their website right at midnight and make your reservation for the next day. We had resort credit included with our stay, but we ended up not using any of it. For things like the spa, the credit only covered a portion of the cost, so we still would have had to pay quite a bit out of pocket. For us, it just wasn’t worth using. I 100% recommend the White Party! 🤍🎉 It was SO much fun! The entertainment staff was amazing. They were high-energy, friendly, and really knew how to get everyone involved and having a good time. Also, the massage ladies on the beach are absolutely amazing! 🙌 All of the bartenders we interacted with were very nice and friendly too. Another thing we really appreciated was being able to start enjoying the resort before our room was ready. They held our luggage, let us get pool towels, and even have a shower/changing room where you can change into your swimsuit and enjoy the pool while you wait for your room. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this resort! 🌴☀️🍹"

"If you are not looking for a party scene in Mexico, then Grand Velas is an excellent family friendly resort. Our concierge Chepe was wonderful! He was very attentive and helped decorate our room for my daughter's birthday. The restaurant for that evening was advised ahead of time to make dinner a special time for my daughter with a birthday song and cake. He checked in with us often to make sure we were taken care of. The resort has many high end restaurants with excellent food and top notch service! The all day buffet options were extensive with a menu order option also available. This was an awesome high end all inclusive experience! Would highly recommend for a relaxing, quality experience 💝"
