Maryjane and Jeff, is very friendly and always goes above and beyond and are welling to help when you needed help, so as the manager. but my only problem is no restaurant on site. when we use the shower there's no drainage when you shower the water goes to the toilet side and its not draining so you're stuck on a seating water and it flooded its because its no drainage. "I have nothing but good things to say about Levo. Aside from the facility it’s the staff that makes a huge impact. From the security team, bell men, r housekeeping,concierge and our ever favorite coffee shop…Kudos to an exemplary service all the time. This is our second time staying all the way from Vancouver. I will be back for sure. Hopefully they can maintain with the cleanliness and condition of every rooms mostly the washroom. Please source out much softer bathroom tissue. A little bit rough but manageable ✌️ Thank you and thumbs up 👍 "
