Receptionists were helpful and quick. Sauna opens at 9 am and need to notify staff to turn on. Was broken when we wanted to use it. "Nice play to stay quiet nights a lot of aged people and a couple of small kid families but would recommend to stay close within Alcudia but easy to get out on the road to any other spot aside from Alcudia, around an hour to get from the airport easy to get there"
