1/5 Terrible
Miserable and scary
"This room was very unsafe. The room was boiling hot. The air conditioner did not work. The hallways had no light. The main desk person left and locked the front door at 2330. The lobby was completely dark. I caught her as she was locking the door to ask about the air conditioning because the room phone did not work. She said there was no air conditioning and she said to leave the balcony door open. Another guest could easily get into your room from the balconies that are very close together. The balcony door did not lock. The room door looked like it had been pried open where the lock was. The walls of the hotel were extremely thin. So, we hear people talking and laughing all night long. It was terrible. Very miserable and scary stay. The add for Hotel.com said they spoke English but she spoke almost none. The add also said 24 hour desk and air conditioning. Very misleading description. "
