"I was hugely disappointed after I arrived to the hotel. The outside is a facade to the interior. The photos aren't the same to what was offered. I was too tired to fight late at night as it was for one evening of 8 hours. I had a flight to catch in the morning. No one was at the counter in the morning to ask questions or help to get a taxi to the airport. The room had no soap for the washroom. The water bottles supplied in the fridge were reused bottles and filled again as the seal was already broken. The room was certainly not cleaned or thoroughly done as I noticed a full size peanut on the floor in plain site. The duvet covers are white and not clean in the sense you can see dirt or something smeared on it and wasn't fully clean. The desk was broken on one side. Toilet wouldn't flush by the sensor and was a bit difficult to figure out how to manually."
