"We recently stayed at Kartrite Waterpark & Resort and overall had a really great time, especially as a family with kids. We booked the king suite with the bunk room, and the space was more than enough for everyone—super comfortable and perfect for families. One of our favorite parts was the walkout patio to the courtyard. The fire pits and small obstacle course were such a hit with the kids—they were entertained the whole time. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which we appreciated. However, check-in was definitely a downside. Our room wasn’t ready at the 3 PM check-in time, and we weren’t alone—the lobby was full of families waiting. With the waterpark closing at 7 PM, that delay cut into a big chunk of usable time, which was frustrating. The waterpark itself has a lot to offer and is great for kids of all ages as well as adults. There’s plenty to do, and overall it’s a fun environment. That said, the cleanliness really needs improvement. We noticed used band-aids, clumps of hair, and general debris on the floors throughout the park. The jet pool area in particular was very off-putting—there was visible garbage and debris at the bottom, and it honestly made it hard to even consider getting in. Overall, we had a good experience and made great family memories, but the cleanliness issues and check-in delay are areas that need improvement."

"Badrooms not really clean and oxided in some parts, not really in good conditions, window of the room present a leak that coming from the exterior. Bedrooms really unconfortable. Need a bigger remodelling. Staff really good."

"The property itself was good . Location it was an easy walking distence from attraction. The hotel hallway wasn't as clean as It should. Room had comfy and clean beds but stained curteins dirty towel left it in bathroom and felt just a basic room. "
