"We loved this hotel. The staff were very friendly. The room was amazing. Easy parking. Just around the corner from the main street of shops and restaurants and also the beautiful lake. The only downside was that we couldn't stay longer."

"They obviously are invested in keeping the place clean. It seemed they were always cleaning the hallways and common areas. Oddities: No shampoo?! Full kitchen in the room but no little table to eat. Maybe I’m nitpicking but I had to mime the word shampoo at the front desk and they gave me some sort of soap bar. "

"Neat little hotel near the airport. A lot more fun than your typical cookie cutter hotel, easy walking distance to the Anchor B catar home of the original Buffalo wing. Great price for a hotel near the airport. Would stay there again within the area. "

"Fantastic place! Celebrated my brother’s 70th last weekend. Unfortunately, on Saturday afternoon my brother was standing outside the door and became ill. Within 10 minutes 911 was called, management asked if they could help in any way, first responders were there then ambulance. So in my opinion not only does the place look beautiful, have great food they genuinely care about customers. Thank you for everything Seneca Niagara Resort! Keep up the amazing Job you’re doing. "

"The room and property was very clean. But the bedside lamp in room 157 has a short and blinked on all night. I piled pillows up so it didn't bother me but you might want to change it out."
