"The staff were all very helpful and skillful in problem solving. Additionally, the breakfast was wonderfully above expectations and I was pleasantly surprised. Shower was a little odd but I’m also from America so everything is different and I tried to just roll with the punches. It got the job done but was like a tube lol."

"A good hotel in for me good location, near rental car firms for next days Sweden travels. I for some reason dud not like my room this time, within two minutes was the hotel staff up to me with a key to a new room., and they proposed the change, not me. Great service ! Feel home"

"Great hotel in a perfect location in the center of Uppsala. The room was clean and comfortable. We especially liked the historical aspect of the hotel…the names of famous people who stayed in each room. The staff was really helpful and the breakfast had many choices. Would definitely recommend."

"The room was very clean and spacious, making for a comfortable stay. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The location is excellent—it's close to the train station, and many of the main sightseeing attractions are within walking distance. The buffet breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety of options. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again."
