"A great one-night stay! The hotel was clean, our room was comfortable (though the bathroom layout could use a tweak), and the Nespresso coffee was a nice touch. Parking was a little bit tough, but despite checking in late and not speaking much French, the front desk staff was wonderfully helpful. We'd love to stay here again to explore more!"

"Really enjoyed our stay at le Dauphin. We were there during the week, so the pool, splash pad and kids play room was all ours! Breakfast was good, with decent selection. Rooms were tidy. A bit out of the way as far as central attractions, but we could get most places within twenty minutes by car."

"This is a comfortable, convenient, safe & reasonably priced hotel. It's close to the Gare d'autocars Ste. Foy & the RTC bus stop is just a short walk. The closest mall (Laurier) is just 3 bus stops away & easy to reach Old Quebec & Montmorency Falls, using just 1 bus route. Our room & hotel amenities had all the things we needed. We absolutely enjoyed our stay."

"We loved the hotel and the staff. The location could not have been better for exploring Quebec City on foot. We enjoyed dinners at Mora, Ophelia, and breakfast at Au Petit Chalet, drinks at Bar 1608 after visiting Chateau Frontenac, the Les Promenades du Phantom walk, shopping in Petite Champlain, the ferry to Levis, and the funiculaire. We also drove one day to Ile d Orléans to enjoy the view and a meal at Resto De La Plage. Our room had three spilled drink stains on the wall beside the bed. Housekeeping told us the stains could not be cleaned without changing the wallpaper. That was not the answer we expected but it was understandable and the staff handled our report politely when we mentioned it the first morning. Unfortunately our experience at the restaurant Ciel left us angry and disappointed. We had booked an 8:30 am brunch and arrived minutes early. We asked to be seated by a window for the view and were told those tables were reserved unless we had specifically requested a window seat. We had trusted the front desk to make the reservation and had no way of knowing we needed to ask for a window table. Even after speaking with the manager and explaining we were guests of the hotel and their staff made the reservation we were told no, which was upsetting given why we chose this hotel and restaurant for our special occasion of a shared birthday away. Overall the hotel, staff, and location were fantastic, but the dining situation at Ciel was a real letdown for us."

"We had a spacious, city view suite which was set up perfectly. The coffee maker was difficult to figure out and it would be nice if coffee were offered in the lobby at least in the morning. We used the gym and only 1/3 elliptical machines worked well. It would be nice if the gym were located in a more spacious location with windows and offered more and up to date cardio equipment. The location is amazing and was an easy walk to everything and the beds were very comfortable."
